A FREE 3-day pronunciation challenge to help you sound more French – through rhythm, rhyme and a little playful magic.
Have you ever noticed how easily children pick up language through songs and rhymes?
That’s no accident. Nursery rhymes are designed to build rhythm, sound awareness, memory and confidence — exactly what adult language learners need too (we’ve just forgotten how powerful play can be!).
When I became a mum, my own French improved hugely just from singing French nursery rhymes with my children. My pronunciation sharpened, my rhythm improved, and I felt more relaxed and confident speaking out loud.
I want to share that magic with you.

What is the challenge?
Over 3 fun, bite-sized days, you’ll learn and practise 3 of my favourite, traditional French nursery rhymes that will help you:
✔ Improve your pronunciation of key French sounds
✔ Feel the natural rhythm and flow of spoken French
✔ Build confidence speaking out loud (without overthinking!)
✔ Absorb useful structures you can reuse in real life
✔ Reconnect with your playful, curious inner learner
You’ll listen, repeat, speak, and (if you’re brave) even sing along – all in a supportive, friendly environment.
No perfection. No pressure. Just practice.
Starting Monday 2nd February 2026 you’ll get:

What happens in the challenge ?
First up, you’ll be invited to join a free, private pop-up Facebook group, just for challenge participants.
The doors to the group open on Saturday 31st January so you can join us for a little pre-party mingle before the challenge begins on Monday morning.
On Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday, you’ll receive an email from me with a short video lesson based around a different French nursery rhyme each day.
The videos are short and focused, all under ten minutes, so they’re easy to fit into your day.
Alongside the video, you’ll receive a printable worksheet to help reinforce what you’ve learned.
In each lesson, there will be a main pronunciation focus. I’ll show you exactly how to shape your lips and position your tongue to pronounce the sound(s) more like a native speaker.
Your task each day is simple. Watch the video, complete the practice, and post your bite-sized homework in the pop-up group to stay on track and motivated.

Will I get to interact with others?
Yes, you’ll be able to chat with other challenge participants in threads, support others, and post about your progress in the Facebook Group.
Will there will be prizes?
Oui, points mean prizes! Youpiii !
I’ll be awarding prizes to folk who rise to the challenge, participate fully and cheer on others!
What if I am not based in Europe?
Worried that you cannot watch the videos immediately due to other commitments or time zones?
Pas de panique !
The videos will be available to watch on replay – meaning you can give your mouth a workout at a time that suits you best!
